Major remodel / addition of a 10,000 SF 1930’s home.  The kitchen, butler’s pantry and laundry were reworked for a more efficient, open concept space.  The breezeway and quarters above were added to provide covered access from the garage to the main house, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area was added for use when enjoying the pool and backyard.
